Shipping & Returns

If you have any additional questions, or would like a different shipping method or have special instructions, Please Contact Us by phone or e-mail.

• There is No Guaranteed shipping or arrival date. If you are in a hurry or have a deadline is recommened that you Contact Us before ordering to ensure your package will get out within your required time frame.
• Items shipped usually within 72 hours of received payment. Monday through Saturday.
  USPS Priority Small Flat Rate is the perferred method for domestic and international orders.
• USPS First-Class and USPS Standard Post mail is not insured and should not be used on larger orders.
  Shipping estimator does not factor in product sizes, so choosing certain shipping methods(Flat Rates) may delay your order while we contact you for additional payment.
• Not responsible for items lost in the mail, so please choose a shipping method, such as Priority, which includes $100 insurance by default. Contact if you would like more or have any questions.
• We Ship Worldwide with USPS International. Or other carrier by request only.
  Buyer is responsible for ensuring the product is legal to import to their country and how to dispose of them properly.
• Buyer is responsible for following all import taxes and duties.
• If anything else is found to be missing or defective please Contact Us. All microcontrollers are tested and may not be returned as defective, but free replacements are available.
• Returns are accepted 4 weeks from date of purchase, and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded, and the customer must pay return postage. Please Contact Us before sending items back for return. (Warranty Service is separate from returns, please see This Page.)
• Northern Lights Electronic Design, LLC will accept any products sold back for disposal and/or recycling.
  We strive to reduce our usage of materials to be enviromentally friendly. The majority of the shipping materials are reused or come from recycled or second-hand sources.
